Order Process
1 . Consultation
First, we will listen to your wishes and vision, then provide you with a quote.
· We will ask you in detail about the intended use, design, size, and other specifications.
2 . Prototype (Free)
Once you are satisfied with the quoted price for the finished piece, we will create a prototype.
· We will make use of the unique properties of Iyo Blue Stone and carry out delicate craftsmanship.
· The prototype is provided free of charge, so please feel free to try it out.
3 . Prototype Review
We will refine the prototype until you are fully satisfied.
· Fine adjustments to the design and size are also possible.
· The craftsman and designer will consult directly, working together to bring the piece as close to your ideal as possible.
About the properties of Iyo Blue Stone
Iyo Blue Stone has a diverse mineral composition and is heavier than other stones, making it a difficult material to work with delicate precision. For this reason, the craftsman and designer work in close collaboration, exploring the best processing methods while striving to bring each piece as close to the ideal as possible.
4 . Formal Order
Once you have reviewed the prototype and are satisfied, we will proceed with the formal order.
· After the order is placed, we will begin production, prioritising quality above all else.
· Please note that if you are unfortunately not satisfied with the prototype, the contract will not be concluded and no charge will be made; however, the prototype will be returned to us.
