・Available payment methods: Lump sum, Installments, Revolving payment

* Credit card details entered are securely encrypted using SSL encryption for safe transmission.

Shipping

Once the estimated completion of your order is determined, we will notify you via email.

If there are any changes to the shipping address, please reply to the email accordingly.

We will arrange shipment to your designated address.

If multiple shipping addresses are specified, shipping costs will be charged separately for each destination.

Additional shipping fees may apply for certain products or delivery areas.

(If the shipping fee changes, our staff will contact you in advance.)

For high-value products(approx. 300,000 JPY or more), we will cover the shipping insurance costs.

<Shipping Carrier>

All shipments are handled by Yamato Transport. Currently, we do not accept requests for alternative shipping carriers.

<Delivery Time Slot Selection>

・You may select a delivery time slot based on the shipping carrier’s schedule.

・Please note that due to weather conditions, traffic, or recipient unavailability, deliveries may not always arrive at the requested time.

<Shipping Destinations>

・We only ship within Japan.(However, certain areas such as Okinawa, remote islands, and some regions may not be eligible for delivery.)

・Shipping to an address other than the purchaser’s is possible.

・If the delivery address differs from the purchaser, all invoices and order-related notifications will be sent to the ordering customer.

<Consumption Tax>

All prices displayed on this website include consumption tax.

<Returns & Cancellations>

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.

Many of our products are made from natural stone, wood, and other natural materials, each with unique characteristics.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the stone grain, wood grain, knots, or color variations.

・If the delivery address differs from the purchaser, all invoices and order-related notifications will be sent to the ordering customer.

<Defective Products>

If a product (excluding natural materials) is found to have an initial defect, please contact us within 3 days after delivery.

<Non-returnable Items>

1. Items damaged or stained after delivery

2. Assembled or partially assembled items

3. Items with missing accessories, warranty cards, or documentation

5. Items modified or repaired by the customer
